There are times when a company needs to make a change at the executive level for a variety of reasons. Those changes are always tricky and met with anxiety about the implications internally and externally.  Having access to an experienced executive to come in and “take the wheel” during that transition is critical.  

Additionally, there are times when a Company wants to explore a new opportunity…it could be going after a new market segment or re-positioning a product or service for a new client base.  Rather than hiring a new FT person, Bruce can join as an interim solution to do some biz dev and market research.  With that intel, the Company can make some informed decisions as to the right opportunity and do they have the talent needed to attack that new opportunity.
