Bryce Tinmouth is CEO of Brickpoint Properties Inc., a Stoneham-based boutique investment company operating a portfolio of rental properties throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire, with emphasis on residential communities. 

An employee since 1984, Tinmouth purchased the company and the properties in a leveraged buyout in 1993, growing the holdings significantly since.

Brickpoint has a reputation as non-conformists and has been well ahead of its competitors in electronic rent payments, longevity discounts, and more.
